    It simply takes us physically, out of our comfort zone. And when it does, the fight or flight response kicks in, with the vast majority of people opting the for the flight.

    You’ve given us some sound options for herbal solutions, here, Edyta, and there is merit that needs to be explored. Especially when you consider that most people (I’m guilty!) choose coffee, and that certainly wreaks havoc on our ability to handle stress.

  2. It is unquestionable that using herbal treatment is always a good idea to relieve stress since it is not only effective, but more importantly it is also safe. What’s the point of using a treatment if it will cause some adverse health effects to the user, even if it is effective to alleviate stress? None right. So, embracing a natural way/herbal way to relieve stress is the best decision.

    Now, I do drink tea. However, I heard that drinking it without sugar and also hot has better effects, rather than ice tea or with sugar. Is that true?

    Thanks it can definitely be confusing this day and age about what is the best solution for stress. I for one prefer not to do anything chemical if I don’t have to because my system is very delicate and tends to react negatively. I like herbal teas, any particular brand that you can recommend?
